BBC One
Classroom project
November 2010
Another project for my Graduate Costume Design class was to design costumes for a fictional TV show called BBC One (A cleverly disguised episode of NewsRadio). With only a one-line description of the characters (ie Mr. Hendricks: the out of touch owner, Becky: the quirky assistant), we didn't have a lot to extrapolate their personality and wardrobe from. We did this the TV/Film way, by starting from tearsheets. For me, coming from a theater background, this was a fun twist on the process.
